The service
PostJoy lets you create physical postcards from photos on your device and have them printed and mailed to a recipient. Delivery times depend on printing schedules and postal services and are not guaranteed.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos, messages, and addresses you submit. You represent that you have the rights to use the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Orders and payments
Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is processed by third-party providers. Once a postcard enters production or the mail stream, refunds may be limited; contact support if something goes wrong.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or send content that is illegal, harassing, or infringing.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pi Cubed, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or failures of postal delivery beyond our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
